This isn't exactly a food question but at least it's about cooking tools....my knives are horribly dull... Can anyone suggest a place that does knife sharpening?

Also, I've got a serrated knife that is starting to bend in one direction from all the use - is there a way I could re-align it myself?

Thank you Very Happy

http://www.theknifeguy.com/

I've heard nothing but good things about the Knife Guy. He's local but only works through the mail (actually FedEx) but he sends you the box for safe shipping. You can get either a small (up to 5 knives) or large (up to 15) box. His turn-around time is supposed to be really quick, and being a repeat customer is cheaper because you'll already have the box.

I haven't used his services yet, but I plan to do it soon (since pretty much my whole drawer of knives needs some love, and this has got to be the best way to get it done in one fell swoop.)
