The haul for the week:
Asparagus & Morels from Wishwell Farms
Ramps from Comb's farms
spinach, bok choy, and chives from Toad Hill Organics
Shitake mushrooms from Toby Run
Frozen Raviolis from Pastaria Seconda.
And the dishes for the week: roasted asparagus with fried eggs, at least once or twice. Tofu & Bok Choy stir fry, pasta with shitake mushrooms, asparagus, and sage/chive cream sauce, cheese raviolis with spinach and red pepper flakes, omelet with ramps.

I opted for the Worthington Farmer's Market instead.
Picked up a pint of beautiful morels for $10 as well as 2 lbs of organic asparagus and a pound of celtic grog coffee.
I simply don't have the time for a garden right now, or else I'd have picked up some of the wonderful plants available, as well.
Tonight for dinner I'm going to go with Eggplant Medallions and Shrimp from Whole Foods topped with a vegetable broth/asparagus/morel/scallion reduction. _________________ My reviews on yelp: http://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=U4INQZOPSUaj8hMjLlZ3KA

I, too, opted for the Worthington Market only. I came away with a lot of asparagus- purple and green (I have eaten it every day for about a week now!), snow peas, lettuce, cheese curds from a new dairy, swiss cheese from the other cheese guy who has been around forever and cucumbers!! I love the green house growers
My mom got a ton of rhubarb too - it was beautiful.
